Even Larger Party/Corporate Event/Reunion (8 hour Venue Rental) : $1700 + $500 Booking Fee (up to 150 Guests)
Quinceanera (8 hour Venue Rental) : $2,150 + $200 Booking Fee = $2,350 Includes Venue plus use of the bridal suite/groom’s quarters to get ready (up to 150 Guests)
Additional hours For Decorating, etc.: $150 per hour (Not to exceed 10pm- no exceptions)
*All events must be held between the hours of 9am and 10pm.
Venue Rental Includes: All inside tables and chairs, a Caterer’s area with 3 Buffet tables, Space for a DJ or band, Handicap accessible restrooms, 1 (6ft) Sign in/gift table, 1 Cake table (round spool), and a Bar area. *If serving alcohol, clients must hire a Licensed Bartending Company, as well as a security guard.
*One-day Insurance Liability Policy: All Clients must purchase a one-day insurance liability policy through The Forevermore Farm at a separate cost of $150. This cost will be added to the invoice at time of booking.
