CARNEGIE ($2,600 + taxes): - 80 people seated, 200 people standing, - bar, - beer, fridge and freezer - full kitchen, - beer fridge and freezer, - cloakroom area (200 hangers), - professional sound and light system, - video projector and screen**, - adjustable color lighting system**, - 3 toilets, - WIFI , A/c - Check-in can be at 3pm for installation - Check-out at 4:30am maximum In addition to the basic rate, you must add the price of the security service, which varies according to the number of guests and the duration of your event (count from $300 to $550). You are welcome to bring your own alcohol. A reunion permit must be obtained from your side at the RACJ if your evening is public or if you wish to sell on-site. We will be pleased to guide you in getting the reunion permit when signing the contract. We are now working with the caterer BRERA FOOD GROUP who can offer you different menus and price options that will adapt to your requests. Our Saint-Catherine space is located on the ground floor of Saint-Catherine and has a direct entrance. This space features a Yamaha baby grand piano, a bar, a loge and a washroom. The price is 1200$+tx and it includes a cleaning fee, tables, chairs, speakers and lights. In addition to the basic rate, you must add the price of the security service, which varies according to the number of guests and the duration of your event ( we are downtown MTL and this space is directly on Ste-Catherine, for the entrance, it is better to have someone ) You are welcome to bring your own alcohol. I have used the KIN space a few times for important presentations and demos to clients. It's a beautiful space in a historic building. The manager of the space is really nice and there are so many great amenities available to you. The location in downtown Montreal is just perfect. I definitely recommend this awesome space!!
