Pricing & Hours
To provide the ultimate flexibility, we offer a standard all-day rental for $200, plus a $100 refundable security deposit. This allows you the freedom to arrive as early as you need for setup and stay for cleanup without being restricted to a tight time window.

Capacity: We provide tables and chairs for up to 50 guests, so you won’t need to worry about the hassle of outside rentals.
Private Facilities: The suite features two private, fully handicap-accessible restrooms equipped with grab bars for your guests' comfort and safety.
Food & Catering: There is a dedicated, attached room specifically for food service—perfect for buffet-style serving, party platters, or crock pots.
Accessibility & Parking
Full Accessibility: We are a handicap-accessible facility with a permanent ramp at the rear of the building and a portable ramp available if needed.
Parking: Guests should park in the public parking lot located on the right side of the building.
