Your Own Private Suite: You get the main room for your guests and a dedicated private Prep Room tucked away. It’s the perfect spot to set up a dessert table, or your catering spread without crowding the party. Stress-Free Planning: We know you have enough on your plate! We provide the tables and chairs for up to 50 guests. The building is fully handicap accessible, and there is a public parking lot right next door. Rental Details All-Day Freedom: You have the keys from 8:00 AM until 12:00 AM Midnight. You’ll have plenty of time for setup and won't have to rush through cleanup at the end of the night. Simple Pricing: It’s a flat $200 for the day, plus a $100 refundable deposit to hold your date. We would be happy to show you the space or answer any questions!
