Access to Kitchenette - $100 (Sink, fridge, microwave, food prep table, and 5-pan food hot box) Non-refundable Deposit - This is your first payment of $150 due at the time of booking & will be applied to rental charges. - Refer to the rental contract for more details. Security Deposit of up to $300 Required used to pay for any of the following scenarios: - damages that the renter causes to the property during time of rental - for failure to clean & leaving behind excess trash - event goes over the specified time in contract - event managers having to come close down event early due to renter or renter's guest for disorderly conduct Guest will be refunded for this after event pending none of the above issues happen. Must be paid 2 weeks before event. Cancellation Policy - If full payment is not received within fourteen days before the event, the OWNER reserves the right to cancel your reservation and no refund will be given. - The RENTER agrees that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances including cancellations by the RENTER. The OWNER agrees that if the cancellation is due to circumstances incurred by the OWNER or venue, all fees paid by RENTER will be refunded.
