I got into DJing by accident. After learning that working as an Industrial Engineer in a fortune 500 company didn't bring me much fulfillment, a friend suggested I join his DJ company. His company supplied DJ services for over 200 weddings a year! After my first wedding gig I was hooked. It gave me purpose, and an outlet I never knew was possible. I quickly became the most requested DJ in the company and within my market. Now I DJ on my own, and I'm so blessed to be able to curate an atmosphere of joy where families can connect.
A pivotal thing that sets me apart is my ability to help people get out of their heads and into their bodies. I do this by playing feel-good music, the inflections in my voice, dancing with grandma, leading line dances, or starting a congo line to get the party going, and using my charismatic personality to increase the energy of the room, and keep the energy high throughout the entire event.
