There is no hall rental fee, and use of a hall includes complimentary parking, private suites, exclusive patios, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, china, flatware, and five video projectors, high speed fiber optic internet, as well as a dance floor with hi tech lights, a 12,000 watt sound system, and chiffon drapery back-lit with intelligent lighting. Everything you need for your event is free; everything you want applies to reach our minimum. For example, you may reach our all-inclusive minimum by ordering our plated and buffet meals, hors d’oeuvres, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cake and desserts, hiring our in-house DJ, using our photo booth, ordering flowers for your reception, or using our centerpieces, decorations, chair covers and sashes, chocolate fondue fountain, ice sculptures, and more! Please see Pages 7 and 11 of the attached brochure for all hall minimums. Also, we do not charge for setup, cleanup, security, or the professional services of an event coordinator. Profile Event Center hands down is the best wedding venue out there! Having a huge wedding was a little scary but Profile Event Center took care of everything and made any doubts or fears go away. The venue was everything we had wanted plus more! Immediately after we walked into the venue everything just kept getting better and better. We had looked at over 100 venues online and 3 in person and none of the other places out there could even come close to Profile. Profile Event Center is an all inclusive venue which saved any hassle with outside vendors. We were so happy we got married there! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The Profile Event Center is unique in the fact that they can provide pretty much any wedding service and for the ones they do not, they have a quality recommendation to provide clients with. For my wedding, they took care of the food, baking, decorations, room lighting, room draping, and much more. The event coordinator works with every couple as if they are the only booked event for the year. They contact all of your outside vendors to coordinate day of details so that the couple does not have to. They have beautiful rooms with different styles to offer for weddings. Their spaces are unique because they are both multi level, giving the spaces added dimension. The best part about the Profile Event Center is the pricing format they use. Depending on the month and day of your event, there is a price minimum. Once you meet that minimum, almost everything else is included at no extra price. The advanced lighting and decoration options are included once you meet your minimum. They also provide all of the supplies for the bar besides the alcohol. Allowing clients to provide their own alcohol makes the overall event cheaper. They also provide a contact for a local liquor provider that will deliver the supply and refund the client for unopened bottles. The personal attention to each client and level of detail makes the Profile Event Center a great venue for private events and weddings.
The Profile Event Center is an outstanding venue that provides all the vendors you need in house. The food was exquisitely prepared and tasted amazing. Not only was the main course dinner complimented by many guests, but the dessert, which was a chocolate fountain, was talked about for weeks after the event. The in house DJ was outstanding and far cheaper than hiring an independent DJ. He knew exactly what to play for our crowd and knew how to work all of the equipment. However, I think what made the venue stand out the most was the intelligent lighting system. You feel as though you are in a truly special place when all of the lights start to change and move. In order to create an effect like this by hiring other lighting vendors, one would have to spend hundreds of dollars. However, you get all of it as part of your package deal at the event center. Not only are all of these vendors remarkable, but you do not have to pay extra for every single one. I was actually able to calculate the cost of my event easily without having to guess about what other charges I would incur when adding vendors. When I think of having an event and the number of vendors I would have to call to pull it off, it is more than a little uncomfortable. However, at Profile Event Center, I know that all of the vendors are in one location, the quality is top notch, the employees are polite and helpful, and the price is extremely reasonable.
The Profile Event Center is a great wedding location. They have so many options to personalize your wedding--chair covers, chair sashes, wall draping, colored lights, table decorations, and linens in all different colors. My wedding theme was peacock and I felt like they really helped me get the space looking the way I imagined. The fact that they have in house photography, djs, catering, and a close relationship with Buttercream cakes makes it very convenient. I can't stress enough how nice it was to have everything in one place. Plus, they have complimentary tastings where you can try your meal before the wedding. The food is delicious and there are options for the most picky eaters! The Profile Event Center also allows you to provide your own alcohol, which is a huge money saver. My guests were extremely happy that they were served a plated dinner instead of the traditional buffet--though that is still an option if you prefer a buffet. The wait staff is provided free of charge and parking was close and free of charge. Everyone I worked with there was very professional and I would book it again in a heartbeat.
