About Day Block Event Center
Day Block Event Center is an event venue located in the Mill City Riverfront District of Downtown Minneapolis. Housed in a historic building built in 1883, the event center is a place of refined beauty, unique, rustic architecture and picturesque views of the Minneapolis skyline. It is the quintessential venue for hosting a variety of events including wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, corporate events, meetings, seminars, private parties, birthday parties, photo shoots, fashion shows and any other special event requiring a space to rent. The venue offers three different rooms which are available for rental and each accommodate a different volume of guests. The max capacity of our largest room is 250 guests. Day Block Event Center has on-site catering available, however they enforce no catering requirements and no food and beverage cost minimums.

Classic Warehouse Wedding - An Eventective User from Minneapolis

This is a gorgeous space!! Big windows & a great balcony. We had our wedding last fall here and the space is essentially a blank slate. You can design it how you want and they are really flexible. The price was pretty good, especially since we picked a not-too-pricy caterer! Ask for Chris - he was super helpful.
