Labyrinth Lake Lodge is a water front destination for couples wanting to host weddings. Labyrinth Lake has also been no stranger to large birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions and music festivals . over the years and during the months of May through October. Our reception area the Owl's Nest and Owl's Nest patio deck area can seat 150 people. Within that space you will find place for round tables, rectangular tables and chairs around the perimeter and leaving space enough for dancing. Our deck area is large enough that we can social distance if need be . A small kitchen is handy for the use of your cater. or self catering option. A bar is available with double glass fridge and a freezer for ice. The Owl's Nest deck area has a covered roof with a steel roof on once side and a plexiglass roof on the other. This gives us a comfortable 3 season venue against all weather conditions. In 2021 we installed clear vinyl curtains to eliminate any sudden change of weather. Surrounding the deck we have 4 foot glass panels giving you an unobstructed views of the lake and lawn-garden. One 100 year old refurbished barn door and a double walk in door give 2 entrances to the reception area. Outside the deck area we have reno washrooms completed in 2021 with 5 flush toilets, urinal, and one handicap stall. A new "bud bar" was built in 2021 but could be used for any number of uses as well. In 2021 with we had murals of flowers and also of the Labyrinth Lake painted on exterior buildings. This gives a unique touch to our out door landscape. The bridal suite is for the use of the bride and her attendants before the ceremony and reception. A new black Rundle rock look on one side of the ceremony deck makes for a wonderful contrast for photo's. Labyrinth lake and the nautical look at the front of the ceremony deck will the photographer and guests in awe! Labyrinth Lake views have not disappointed guests or wedding parties rest assured! Favourite for guests wanting photo's are the groomed trails, "objects de art", flower beds, swing and canoes. We welcome all camper’s at Labyrinth Lake Lodge. Should you require camping we have gravel-grassed roads to well mowed sites. We have 2 serviced hook-ups with power and water near the reception area. We have a dump station and 15 acres for dry camping. We also have one unisex out door shower. Labyrinth Lake is about a half hour from the Edmonton International Airport. We do have a shuttle bus service that could taxi your guests to the 3 cities of Camrose, Wetaskiwin and Leduc and all are a similar in distance to the Labyrinth Lake Lodge about 30 minutes.
