You have Gordon Drysdale, one of the Bay Area’s most noted chefs, working with you to create a farmers’ market-driven menu of locally sourced and organic fare, as well as signature cocktails, wine pairings and other lively libations. You have a private party planner on staff to expertly guide your event from initial ideas to day-of execution. And you have the Sweetwater Music Hall itself, which opened to much acclaim in early 2012, marking the rebirth of the landmark roots music venue and Bay Area treasure founded nearly 40 years ago. The Sweetwater Music Hall provides a distinct event backdrop for groups of a few dozen to 300. Evoking the deconstructed elegance of a grand old home, the Sweetwater Music Hall café features an open kitchen and espresso bar. Walls dressed in exposed brick, warm camel color and rock ‘n roll photos from Jeanie Patterson’s Sweetwater frame the space, while three chandeliers hang languidly from the high ceiling and a U-shaped pistachio- hued banquette anchors the room. Moving into the music hall, guests are welcomed by an inviting ambience marked by a blend of comfort, rawness, beautiful touches and hidden acoustics. A long deep burgundy velvet and leather-tufted banquette runs the length of the room, while at the gorgeous back bar, elevated seating provides great sight lines across the music hall. Walls cloaked in antiqued burlap wallpaper with stenciled gold transition seamlessly to the coved ceiling, which reveals exposed wood joists and pin- spot lighting at its center. Sound panels are fashioned as decorative wall panels, while Moroccan wall sconces, black casework and black drapery accent the space throughout. Primed to provide the best acoustics, the Sweetwater Music Hall also features a cutting-edge Meyer Sound system.

Studio 333 was voted best venue in the bay area to host an event. We are a full service event gallery that has over 4,000 sq. ft. of event space. Gallery rental includes: indoor and outdoor event space, dance floor, pool table, lounge rooms, tables/chairs, bar, coolers, full kitchen, garden courtyard and large monitor with projector. We also offer in house catering, DJ and a professional photographer available at reasonable rates. You are welcome to bring in your own catering, photographer and band. Clients have also hired "Food Trucks" in the past to set up in the garden area. The gallery can seat 130 guests for a sit down dinner and over 200 people for a buffet style dinner or cocktail party. Studio 333 staff members must be hired to work the event as bartenders/clean up crew and on site coordinator.
