Here at the Ballroom at Windsor, we've created a venue experience with the ideal blend of country charm and sophisticated elegance. Located in Middletown DE, our picturesque venue is designed for your dream Wedding and Reception Experience.

Imagine exchanging vows in a charming country setting, surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful trees, and flowers in full bloom with views of the C&D canal. The rustic charm of the countryside provides an intimate and beautiful backdrop for your special day.
As you step onto our country porch and enter our climate-controlled event space, you'll be struck with the unique blend of rustic and elegant design. Our Ballroom and Pub floors were crafted from reclaimed 100-year-old beams milled from a local mill, while the Pub's custom bar is also made from reclaimed wood that is unmatched in beauty. The 1800s large windows, obtained from a building in Delaware City, bring in plenty of natural light, contributing to the overall charm of the space.
Our wedding venue offers a range of features and services included in the rental fee. The main rooms offer a custom fireplace, and the rental fee includes exclusive use of the farm property, the first floor of the venue, the private area on the second floor for your wedding party, the wedding pavilion, cocktail hour pavilion, custom benches, tables, and chairs.

The Venue includes but is not limited to the following amenities:
* A rustic wedding pavilion set in a peaceful tree-covered area that offers views of the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal and an intimate setting for an outdoor wedding ceremony. Use of electric at the wedding pavilion

* A private area on the second floor can be used by your wedding party to make those last-minute preparations before walking down the aisle. Here, you can find a fireplace, kitchenette, hair-and-makeup room, and a private bathroom, all designed to maximize your comfort as you get ready to say “I do.
* Pavilion for cocktail hour with custom bar and farm table that can be used for Hors d'oeuvres
* Elegant Ballroom located on the first floor of the newly rebuilt barn
