My name is Rae (short for Rachael) and I love to share what makes me the happiest.
I am professionally trained and working professionally for ten years. I've spent time in country clubs, fine dining, corporate accounts, catering and most recently in cannabis dispensary kitchens.
I've been baking/cooking since I could hold a rolling pin as a toddler. My best memories are cooking side by side with my grandmother using the tools my grandfather made her in Germany, preparing meals with my father, and the beautiful cakes my mother made. I have found immense comfort in cooking. Though they've been gone since I was a young kid, it keeps me close to the memories I have with them.
I service Rhode Island. Northern Connecticut, Cape Cod, Boston and surrounding areas in Massachusetts. I try to utilize local vineyards, off the dock seafood on the Cape, and my own garden.
