Metcalfe Golf Club is very proud of its restaurant HICKORIES. Chef Liam Parson’s varied experience allows him to create any type of cuisine as well as leading a strong team of Chefs. The high-quality cuisine is complimented by our staff’s friendly country service and the golf course’s scenic relaxed atmosphere.
During the golf season, our a la carte menu provides a variety of lunch and dinner options. Complimenting our a la carte menu is Hickories special events including Friday night dinners & very popular Easter, Mother’s & Father’s Day brunches.
Banquet meals have long been a specialty of Hickories. Following a great day on the links our ‘Famous Roast Beef au Jus’ is a perennial favorite amongst our tournament clients. Our extensive banquet menu is available 12 months a year for events such as corporate functions, anniversaries, and birthday or Christmas parties.
