Jan C., Group Sales Manager, was incredibly communicative throughout the planning process. She met with us on-site, listened carefully to our needs and wants, and shared her extensive knowledge to help us make the best decisions for our event. Britt L., Meetings & Events Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our event for 300 guests was perfect. She made sure the room was set exactly as needed, the food and beverage service met our expectations, and she took the time to meet with us in person on multiple occasions to confirm every detail. Brian, the Set-Up Expert, was a true pleasure to work with during setup. He was accommodating, checked in frequently to ensure we had everything we needed, and made the delivery of our larger items simple for both our team and our vendors. Brian’s attentiveness and willingness to help made the process seamless, he is truly an asset to the hotel. Benny led the food service and banquet room on event night with incredible professionalism. He and his staff provided exceptional service, and we received many compliments from guests on both the food quality and the attentiveness of the service team. Louis oversaw the closing of our event during the strike process. He made a point to introduce himself and kept us informed throughout. He and his crew worked efficiently and respectfully to break down the event space, leaving everything in excellent condition. We highly recommend the Hilton DoubleTree Mesa for any large event. Their staff’s professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail made our banquet a resounding success. Way to go staff!

I recently had a retirement party at the Mesa Double Tree by Hilton. I couldn't have been happier with the result. They met every expectation. During the decoration phase I decided to make a couple of changes and the Captain Luis quickly made the changes possible for me. Elizabeth stuck by me and checked with me through the evening to be sure I was happy and had everything I needed. My guests are still calling me to tell me how wonderful the party, the food, the staff and the facility were. If I plan another party, I will certainly call Doubletree by Hilton in Mesa, First!
