Prepare to be impressed as you enter Avalon Manor Banquet Center’s elegant foyer. The perfect event venue for your wedding reception, fundraiser, corporate meeting, seminar, or any event of any size, we will customize your ballroom to suit your needs. We are the largest freestanding banquet facility in Northwest Indiana. With over 16,500 square feet of meeting space, we can accommodate events as small as a 20 person shower or a gala as large as 1,100 guests. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, our events take place at all hours of the day. Each ballroom includes its own private getting-ready/green room, floor-to-ceiling windows and double glass doors leading out to the patio. Two gazebos are available for ceremonies or clients can simply use them for photography. We’re dedicated to making sure your event is memorable and stress-free. Let us handle the details while you enjoy your day. Our sales coordinators can assist you with recommendations for a DJ, florist, photographer, photo booth, hotel accommodations, and any other type of service to make your event a success. We will design a layout that best suits your specific wants and needs. We will assist in planning your menu, linens, audio visual needs, and customize your details to ensure a unique experience. Your personal sales coordinator will coordinate with our chef, head banquet server, and your vendors to finalize any and all banquet details to make your job as easy as possible and your event absolutely seamless.
