Host your next special gathering in an elegant setting. Our beautiful ballroom accommodates up to 40 guests, making it perfect for micro weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, graduation party, corporate meetings, celebration of life, funeral, Christmas parties, and more. Whether you're celebrating a milestone or honoring a loved one, our event center provides a warm and inviting space for meaningful moments with family, friends, or colleagues. Decor Options: Vases, flameless candles, greenery garlands, and additional décor pieces are available to enhance your celebration. You are welcome to bring in your own wedding/party decor. For an additional charge, we can provide a balloon arch, and/ or real floral centerpieces seasonally. Tables & Seating: Round tables, folding tables, chairs, and linens are all included for easy event setup. Catering Essentials: Refrigerator to store your cold food and ice. Chafing dishes, serving platters, bowls, drink dispensers, and other essentials so you can easily set up catering or bring in prepared food and drinks. Digital Photo Booth- Capture every moment and instantly share photos to your phone. You’ll also receive a full gallery of all images from your event. Restrooms: Two bathrooms: one full bathroom with a standing shower and bridal-suite vanities, plus one half bath. Stress Free Event: Our event staff will help make your day seamless — assisting with setup, cleanup, and parking guidance. Optional Add Ons: Balloon Arch Floral Centerpieces (seasonally) Invitation Design Dinnerware, Glassware, and Silverware Sound System Microphone Inquire about our on-property vacation rental homes for convenient accommodations. *No smoking indoors No pets No confetti, confetti balloons, glitter, silly string, or gender reveal powder No open flames (No candles, grills, fire pits, or fireworks) Outside food and non alcoholic drinks are allowed. We were struggling to find a suitable location for a Sweet 16 party, and were beyond delighted to find Rachel and Jason, and this amazing creative space they put together! Where to start? The host themselves are creative, collaborative and so incredibly kind. You will love working with them and they truly partnered with us in the success of our event. Design/Layout: The way the space is designed and decorated allows you to add your own decor, or go fully with what they've put together. It's a neutral, but very festive environment that works well as is, or you can add custom touches easily. Flow really matters to successful events, and this space is designed to have people mix and move around, and it keeps the energy really high. The photo booth? Insanely popular, and a great placement as an ice breaker when people come in. Super fun and a truly astounding amount of props and costume pieces. So much care and thought has gone into this, and to the display of all the items. Loved it. Decor: There was an abundance of decor items available (flameless candles, vases, votives, flowers/garlands), and we used many of them as little touches throughout. Serving Pieces: Everything we needed was there, and had been carefully selected. Serving trays, chafing dishes, bowls, drink dispensers...you name it...Rachel has probably thought of it. We were able to just bring our food in and able to set everything up really quickly and efficiently. We loved every minute of our event, and the birthday girl was delighted! It was exactly what we were hoping for. We feel so lucky to have found these hosts, and highly recommend! ps - they also have adjacent Airbnb properties, so while we didn't need that, it's nice to know and would be super convenient next time we host.
Perfect spot for our family reunion — An Eventective User from Meridian Idaho
We booked The Garden Oasis for our family reunion and it was perfect!! The place was beautiful, everyone commented on the attention to detail & beauty this venue provided. We added the floral bouquets to our booking & they were stunning. The Photo Booth was a big hit too, so many fun memories captured. I highly recommend The Garden Oasis to anyone wanting the perfect venue!!
