St. Mark's welcomes all people to enjoy our wonderful spaces, regardless of faith or personal beliefs. We have plenty of room for your special event, no matter the type. While our beautiful and historic 1916 sanctuary can seat up to 150 people, our modern, spacious, light-filled community hall is best suited for up to 120 people. We do have ways to seat more, if necessary. We can even create a nice dance space within the community hall. There are Bluetooth sound systems in both the sanctuary and the community hall, which also has a SmartTV. Little ones can be attended to, or entertain themselves, in the cozy nursery adjacent to the restrooms. You'll find the well-appointed commercial-style kitchen perfect for your caterer or your own food service needs. It's included in the rental fee. You're welcome to use the kitchen as if it were your own! We provide all of the chairs and tables. We'll even do the set-up and tear-down at no extra charge! You may bring your own disposable table coverings and dinnerware or rent some, or all, of our optional items such as linens, dinnerware, wine glasses and champagne glasses. Alcohol in the form of beer, champagne, wine and wine products are allowed. We're also very flexible as to the time you'll need to decorate or place photos and mementos. For wedding parties or other groups who need a little extra space to dress and otherwise prepare, we offer the libary and one of the upstairs classrooms, each complete with a clothing rack and full-length mirror. These spaces are provided at no additional charge. Getting married but not an Episcopalian? That's not a problem. Our rector will be happy to confer with you should you so desire. You are also welcome to choose your own officiant. Are you not a Christian? That's OK with us too. We don't have any requirements as to your beliefs or lifestyle. We embrace diversity, equality and inclusion. We're here to provide you with adequate spaces for a great price. Our fees are set by a number of factors which allow our events coordinator to work within your desired budget and comfort zone. Need a smaller space? Ask about our two upstairs classrooms that each seat about 25 people. There are SmartTVs in both rooms. The classrooms can be rented on a regular basis or just for one time. Your inquiry via this site will be answered quickly. If you live locally, you'll be encouraged to make an appointment with our events coordinator to take a personal tour. Too busy to come in? Not a problem. Our events coordinator will be happy to work with you via phone call, text and email.
