This is our basic sound system setup with minimum dance floor lighting. This package is billed at $300 for the first 3hrs and $100 every hour after.
Terms and Conditions
A deposit is required to secure the event date and time. Deposits are $100 per event date. Remainder must be paid in full before start of the event. All Checks must be paid 14 days before event date and cleared. Credit cards and pay-pal are treat as checks. Cash is accepted the day of before the event starts.
Sweetheart Package | WeddingsAttendees: 300 maximum Attendees: 300 maximum | $495 - $750 Per Event
This is our basic wedding reception package with the option to add ceremony for $150 to $250 more depending on number of systems needed. It includes: * A one on one meeting with Jimmy to discuss the schedule of events for the reception, things you would like to have happen and things that you don’t. * This meeting also allows you to have a stress free day knowing I am carrying out your wishes. * Unlimited Telephone & E-mail Consultations * Custom Online Event Planner & Music Playlists * Appropriate, tasteful and edited music (including your custom playlist.) * A visit to the wedding venue to ensure proper placement of Sound system, lighting, and other enhancements * Coordination between photographers, videographers, caterers etc. to make sure they are in place before anything happens * Professional DJ who will act as your MC * Disc Jockey Decor Front Board or Pro Event Table w/ L.E.D back lighting * Professional sound system (including wireless mic for announcements and toasting.) * Modern dance lighting (total of 4 to 6 lights) * Travel and set-up included (within 80 mile radius of Maumelle, AR) 3 Hour Service…..$495, 4 Hour Service…..$595, 5 Hour Service…..$695 Each Additional Hour…..$200 Add Wedding Ceremony Music Additional Separate DJ Sound System w/ Wireless Microphone 30 minutes of Ceremony music (Processional & Recessional) 1 Hour Service…..$150 to $250 depending on number of sound systems needed.
Terms and Conditions
Payment: Payment may be made with cash, check, or (credit card ($5.00 additional fee per transaction.)) Deposit payment is made to reserve a date on our calendar and shall bind the client to all terms of the agreement. Please make check payable to: Jimmy Purifoy To confirm The Agreement: (1) Sign agreement that will be emailed to you (must be 18 yrs. or older). (2) The deposit must be received by the due date to guarantee services for your event. Cancellation: The agreement cannot be canceled or modified except in writing by either the Client or Wylder Entertainment. If Client initiates cancellation more than 60 days prior to event, then only the deposit will be forfeited. If client initiates cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event, then Client is responsible for the total fee OR may forfeit deposit only by signing a new Entertainment Agreement with wylder entertainment within 14 days of cancellation for a substitute engagement performed in the following 6 months. Rescheduling for events canceled due to inclement weather shall be accommodated without penalty whenever possible. Rescheduled events are subject to availability.
