(3) kitchen area with multiple countertops, refrigerators, sink, microwave oven. (4) two washrooms. **Four folding tables (6 feet) and 20ish folding chairs available** **If using projector/screen, please bring your own laptop with HDMI port** The price for booking one room for smaller things such as dance classes, filming or rehearsals starts 20$ per hour. For PARTIES and EVENTS with more than 20 people: These bookings are custom priced depending on what is needed, how many people, how long, dates and times etc. (Friday and Saturday evening parties of 30-60 people starts at 450$.)
