The package is for 4 hours total for the rate of $599 on Saturday and $499 on Sunday through Friday during USA Party Event Hours (10 AM to 11 PM); you bring your own food and do your own decorations. We can recommend entertainers, DJs, treat vendors and caterers if needed. An onsite venue manager will be available throughout your event to assist you with any questions you may have. We offer a 10% discount on all merchandise purchased at USA Party Store toward your party supplies and decorations. The Magnolia Event Venue is 1500 SQ FT event space equipped with a warming kitchen with French door refrigerator and microwave, an outstanding sound and lighting systems with a stage for you to host your event (private or corporate). The Magnolia Event Space is suitable for Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Retirement Parties, Anniversaries, Fundraising & Group Events, Conferences, Seminars etc.

We had a surprise party for my mom over the past weekend and everything went great. Parking is good and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. I’m having a daughter’s birthday party here for sure
"Our social club had our 1st year anniversary there on December 8, 2018...the place and staff was amazing! They assisted us with all our needs on what we needed for our anniversary...they had EVERYTHING and at affordable prices!
