Banquet Room rentals and customer service — An Eventective User from Loveland, CO

For the past 5 or more years, my quilt guild of 100+ members meets here 6 times a year and occasionally use lodging for out of town guests. Our service has always been top notch and they put that extra touch that shows how much they care about us and our business. We have used their catering too and it was always set up beautifully and the food was always delicious.

My wife and I had our wedding here. This place LGBTQ+ friendly all the staff are amazing. My family came out of town and stayed here and they even loved the staff. The wedding was beautiful and perfect!! And a very affordable pricing to. We recommend this place to anyone who wants a beautiful wedding with out the big prices!!!

Great service, reasonably priced, accommodating inn — An Eventective User from Fort Collins, CO

We just hosted my parents' 50th wedding anniversary here with about 70 people. The food was delicious and the room was beautiful. They have a store room full of centerpiece and linen options which I just selected and they set up completely. The projector worked perfectly for the slideshow, and it was all very well organized. They were very willing to accommodate all of my requests. AND it was so reasonably priced! You can't go wrong here.

The staff made my moms 70th Birthday Party the best ever. We plan to use this facility and the services again as it’s location is convenient for those coming from Denver and Greeley.

Great Service All Around — An Eventective User from Colorado

This Best Western was the perfect choice! We decided to have our rehersal dinner here, and made it our choice for our wedding guests to stay as well. From the beginning the staff and event coordinators were so helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to assist in anything. We started with a room block for our guests and then was contacted by one of the coordinators to see if we wanted to book the shuttle. We did. Then we were contacted to see if we wanted to have our rehersal dinner with them. By this time we waited, to see what this COVID pandemic would allow and if we would be able to even have our wedding at all. Almost down to 3 weeks before the wedding and we got a thumbs up for our wedding. Back to planning. So very last minute we decided to have the rehersal dinner with BW and they did a fantastic job! Not only was it beautiful it was delicious and our guests were so delighted! We also stayed in the presidential suite for 2 nights and can I just say how amazing our stay was! Would do it all over again a zillion times! BW you rock!

OMG! Can’t say enough about how beautifully decorated the banquet room was for our event! I heard so many delightful comments on the centerpieces and table settings from the members. Our president made sure to announce that Irene designed them just for us!
