The Devyn features three individual spaces or combinations to host up to 1100 guests with complimentary tables, chairs and linens provided.
Our Alexandra Ballroom features a polished concrete floor, neutral walls, high ceiling, and a touch of old world exposed brick. The room can accommodate 400 people for a sit down dinner, 600 for cocktail or 350 for dinner and dancing.
The Amanda room featuring hardwood floors, neutral walls, and a touch of old world brick. The room can accommodate 200 people for a sit down dinner, 300 for cocktail or 120 for dinner and dancing.
The Arvon room features old world charm with wood beams, large wood bar with touches of warm tones. This room accommodates 40 people for a sit down dinner, and 65 for cocktail.
The Carlisle room features exposed brick arches, working fireplaces and a covered outdoor patio. The room can accommodate 250 people for a sit down dinner, 300 for cocktail or 150 for dinner and dancing.
The Courtyard features overhead lighting, lush greenery and is the perfect location for your cocktail party or wedding ceremony. The courtyard can accommodate 300 for a ceremony and 400 for cocktail.
The perfect Floridian venue for small to medium sized events. The Terrace accommodates groups from 20 to 120 in our upstairs space above the Surf Shack restaurant. The Surf Shack below can accommodate groups from 20 to 100.
Our space features a beautiful full bar, rooftop dining with the best views of St Armand’s Circle, a Piano Bar with live entertainment and both indoor and outdoor seating.
The Terrace balcony can accommodate parties of up to 50. This beautiful space is outdoor Florida at its best while our retractable roof and side panels give you comfort that regardless of the weather your special event will go on without a hitch.
