You can rent our event space at Long Branch Distillery for up to 150 people. Our rear Parlor is 2,000 SF and can accommodate up to 100 guests. Rent our entire venue and it includes our front tasting room and lounge for up to an additional 50 people. Inquire for further details and pricing.

All agreements, unless otherwise in writing and contained herein, are invalid and not binding upon LBD Event Space, hereafter referred to as “LBDES”.
It is understood and agreed that all guests of a function will confine themselves to the room(s)/space(s) rented as indicated by the “X” next to Venue above. Please note, room(s)/spaces(s) not rented by you for your event may be open to the public, depending on the day and time of week. This contract is for the event space rental and staff (if included) ONLY.
The Venue is not liable for the failure to complete this contract due to strikes, accidents or other causes beyond its control. In the event that a function is unable to take place due to the seasonal conditions, both parties will reschedule the event to take place within a reasonable time frame on a date mutually acceptable to the parties.
The facilities are to be used only for the specific purpose for which they have been rented. LBDES reserves the right to cancel arrangements at any time where the rules of LBDES are not observed or when the functions are of a nature not acceptable to LBDES.
The client assumes the responsibility for any and all damages to LBDES caused by the client of any of their guests at this event.
Due to New Jersey ABC laws, any beer or wine (no other outside alcoholic beverages are allowed) that are brought onto the premises must be approved by management before the event. These beverages must be brought in and taken out by client at the conclusion of your event and cannot be handled by LBDES staff at any time. LBDES has the right to reject any items that were not approved in advance. In addition, clients are required to purchase and name LBD Event Space, LLC and Long Branch Distillery, LLC as additional insured for General Liability in the amount of $1 million, including Property Damage and Host Liquor Liability for any consumption of beer or wine provided by the host. This one day policy can be purchased at www.eventhelper.com
All bar packages are payable separately to Long Branch Distillery, with the exception of cash bar, and are due at the conclusion of your event payable by credit card or cash only, and will be subject to a 20% gratuity added to the total.
A final count of guests must be submitted to LBDES for the event 10 days prior to the event date. Final counts must be over the minimum number of guests guaranteed and final payment must be made on the number of minimum guests guaranteed.
If the event should exceed the contracted event times, overtime charges will be incurred and the client charged accordingly.
10. Guests are permitted to provide their own food or hire an outside caterer for their
event, we also have caterer referrals available upon request. LBDES does not provide any food or food service, including but not limited to, preparing or serving food, clearing tables of plates or utensils, disposing of garbage, or storing of any food or beverage in our refrigerators or freezers. With prior approval, certain items such as a cake, may be stored in our cooler, if room is available. Early access can be provided for set up, with advance notice.
PAYMENT
All deposits/payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your event date, payable to “LBD Event Space”
The final payment is due 10 days prior to your scheduled event. Final payment is to be a certified check or cash, which is non-refundable. If you choose the convenience of charging a credit card there will be a 3% fee added and must be paid separately by cash or check.
Any additional charges incurred on the day of the event, including but not limited to, overtime of the event charges, charges as a result of damages, etc….will be payable before departure.
