Our rental fee is 250.00 for 4 hours. An equipment fee of $3 per person will be added to your event total. This fee applies to house tables, chairs, white linens, china dishware and glassware for your event. We require a 100.00 deposit due at time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and will guarantee the space is reserved for your event. Services For your special day we offer the following: Tables, (round,rectangle, long serving tables) Chairs, (lime washed x-back chairs) White floor length tablecloths Burlap serving table runners and table center mats White dinnerware White serving bowls Wine and Water glasses Silverware and serving utensils Glass water pitchers Coffee makers and air pot coffee warmer White metal candle and plant holders Trays and cutting boards Ice bucket & wine opener Can opener Time Restrictions Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by 10:00pm. Food & Catering You have the option to bring in your own food or have it catered. You are welcome to use our kitchen for food storage. We have a refrigerator, microwave and sink for your convenience. We also can provide you with names of local caterers that we recommend. Alcohol You may bring in your own alcohol. Simply have your insurance company provide us with a copy of your homeowners policy stating you are covered for the day of your event. Set-up Let us know 7 days in advance your final count, and we can have the tables set to your specifications. You may bring in your own decorations. Please use push pins only on the walls. Parking Easy parking including the attached drive, in front of building on Bridge Street, behind our building is a public parking lot as well as across the street. Conditions Smoking is not permitted. Unfortunately we are not wheel chair accessible.

The Old Linden House is a venue designed for private events and celebrations. The space works well for many different types of events: showers, small wedding receptions, parties, small intimate celebrations and more. The space seats a maximum of 44 guests.
