Hello, The overall cost is $4,000 for up to 200 attendees plus 6% tax  That includes: •tables •chairs for ceremony & reception •table cloths •access to the venue for 3 days •access to the venue for rehearsal/ rehearsal dinner •additional ice for food & drinks •weekend wedding coordinator (not planner) •Onsite representatives day of event •parking directors prior to ceremony •dance floor •directional road signage •handicap accessible ramps •trash pickup •drink coolers    50% of the venue rental of $2,000 must be paid to reserve a date. The remaining balance must be paid exactly one month before from the event date. We require ever bride to have a wedding liability insurance policy(recommend wedsafe.com), therefore, if you are wanting to bring your own alcohol you are able to do so due to it being covered under that insurance policy. If alcohol is not being served you still must have the insurance policy.  We also have additional rental items  that you can rent that will be an additional cost such as:  •horse and carriage •church pews •bridal house •bourbon barrels •hay rolls •hay bales •center pieces/ decor •arbor •bars and many more! Total cost has to be paid in full at booking to ensure a specific date.
