We offer two event spaces on our property, perfect for weddings, family gatherings, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds. The venues sit on more than 10 acres, with a beautifully maintained lawn that is ideal for outdoor activities, photo setups, and open-air entertaining in the warmer months. One of the things guests love most is the flexibility. We provide a blank slate, and we are always amazed by how families and event teams transform the property into their dream event with décor, layouts, and personal touches. The Clarke (Event Complex) is ideal for small to mid-sized groups. It includes tables and chairs, plus a dedicated area for catering. The covered pavilion is great for outdoor entertaining and comes with patio tables, chairs, and benches. The Madison (Event Center) is our newly constructed space designed for larger gatherings. It includes tables and chairs, an industrial kitchen, and a sound system, with covered pavilions that support outdoor flow and entertainment. Both venues are within easy walking distance of each other, which makes it easy to keep the event moving smoothly across spaces. We also offer on-site lodging in The Cottage, and our bundle option is especially popular for multi-generational families. It gives everyone room to spread out while staying close to the action. The Cottage works well as a home base for resting, changing outfits, and taking breaks. Having both venues also lets you separate activities comfortably, such as dining in one space and socializing in the other, or giving kids and young adults their own area.
