The venue is classically beautiful and was perfect for what I wanted. Cindy was such a pleasure to deal with and helped make this a memorable occasion. :)

A bridal shower tea for 50 at the victorian Mansion on 5th, resplendent with the beautiful chandeliers, brilliant shining wood floors in the ballroom, and the vintage fireplaces set a bac-in-time setting for our vintage tea cups, tea pots, vintage oil lamps, and crystal serving platters! Cindy was a dream to work with and she had the tables needed (per our seating chart) in the places needed when we arrived. The large kitchen made it easy to receive the caterers, and to clean up afterwards. I would encourage anyone considering an event to look at Mansion at 5th, and along with the beautiful property comes a very reasonable rental price!

Beautiful for bridal shower. Cindy was wonderful to work with, tables and chairs were set up in the ballroom when we arrived per our seating diagram allowing us to begin decorating as soon as we arrived. Kitchen is a great size and has ample prep stations. Dining room is quite large and allows movement easily for a buffet, as well as several stations for beverages to be offered.

Had the best time at this beautiful very affordable place. Would highly recommend.

We had my mother's Celebration of Life here after passing. Cindy was a welcoming lovely host and made sure that our event went well. The Mansion has so much character to it and some of the arrangements (flowers, lights) added to the welcome feeling and charm of the place. It was perfect, my mother would have loved it. Thank you Cindy :)

Highly recommend!!! The owners went above and beyond! We will be hosting EVERY event here! Everyone said it was the most beautiful venue. Absolutely breathtaking and the best experience I’ve had!

Wedding for approximately 75 people and it was quaint and absolutely beautiful. Cindy, the caretaker, was one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever worked with in planning an event. I had to make several changes in our plan and she was more than cooperative and helpful. The mansion was beautifully decorated for a winter wedding theme and there is such a cute garden outback for pictures and we even had snow flurries that day for pictures. The price is absolutely the best around also. I highly recommend the Mansion for a small wedding, anniversary dinner or any small gathering. No regrets alt all!!!!

I would absolutely recommend the Mansion at 5tu for an event. The building and space inside is absolutely beautiful, from the crystal chandeliers to the marble fireplaces! The staff was great!! Played along with our surprise for our daughter's baby shower. They even provided extra linens when we had a mix up! Again, I would absolutely recommend this event space!

The space was just what we were looking for. It was clean and very affordable.
