About Aloha Chef's Table
I was born in St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands, and in 2023 moved to Austin from Hawai'i Island. I've been spreading the warmth of the Aloha Spirit and Hospitality with culinary goodness since 1993. I've been blessed to share my passion for the Art of Culinary with some iconic individuals, such as Ray Charles, BB King, Stevie Wonder, The Beach Boys, Kelly Clarkson, Reverend Al Sharpton, Colin Powell, President Barack Obama, and many more iconic and legendary individuals. In addition to operating our Private Chef / Catering business, I am the Culinary Director at Salt Kitchen by Jail to Jobs. I am giving Back to the community by teaching kids coming out of the Justice system how to cook and lead better lives.
