Includes:
• 3 hours of set up, 8 hours of an event, 1 hour of take down. Additional hours are $400/hr all seasons.
• Cleaning
• Table and chair set up and take down
• ADA accessible parking and bathrooms
• 58 guaranteed parking spaces. Client is required to hire shuttle service if the parking needs exceed availability either on their own or through FREIGHT. $500 charge for not providing adequate additional parking.
• Chairs and tables (72" round 10 person tables). We have up to 22 tables and 220 chairs.
• Sound system $250 (2 speakers, sound mixing table, wired microphone)
• 3'x6' pine tables
Not Included in Rental, but Available:
• Event planning
•Security (We hire police officers for events more than 150 people or longer than 3 hours) FREIGHT retains the right to call law enforcement for any issues that cannot be resolved or pose a danger to the building, guests, employees, or neighborhood.
• Non-professional caterers (pot-lucking) is charged a $300 fee for use of the kitchen.
