This package includes the venue only, with access to our commercial kitchen by your caterer.
Only licensed and insured professionals are allowed in our facility for catering services.
One of our managers will be on site all day to assist you with the venue.
Set up and cleaning time will be allowed before and after event.

Terms and Conditions
The final amount is due in full on or before one week of the event date. A 3% credit card service charge fee will be applied if paid by credit card. All cancellations of a guaranteed event are subject to a $500 administrative fee. Should you need to cancel your event within a week of service you will forfeit your 50% deposit. Any cancellation on the day of an event will be charged 100% of the guarantee. CLIENT acknowledges that all rental items are the property of either AOC Art of Cooking LLC or an independent third party vendor and CLIENT and their guests are responsible for all damages and liability incurred in the use of these items. In the event of damages, client will pay for such damages immediately upon presentation of an itemized billing.
