We held our Top Buttons Building Up Girls educational event at the Black Swan on Saturday, November 9, and it was a perfect fit for our needs. The venue was clean, beautifully maintained, and set up for us to use to its fullest potential. The space accommodated a room full of young women, where they received life skills education, and an inspiring message to pursue their goals, all in an environment that supported our mission seamlessly. The staff was wonderful to work with, attentive, and accommodating, making our experience even better. We would highly recommend the Black Swan venue to others in the community looking for a beautiful and supportive space to host their events!

We just celebrated our daughter’s Sweet 16 at this venue, and it was a fantastic experience! The space was incredibly accommodating and had everything we needed to throw the perfect party. From the spacious layout to the thoughtful amenities, it made for a seamless event. Our daughter and her guests had an amazing time, and it was a pleasure working with the owners who were lovely and attentive throughout the process. Highly recommend for any event!

The owners are so very kind and generous. The space has been transformed for the perfect venue for all your needs. My baby shower was hosted here and it was absolutely stunning the transformation my girls were able to achieve for me there. Affordable. Spacious. Clean. High expectations but all within reason to keep the space usable for the next guests. 100% would book again!

League of Women Voters of Polk County held a general meeting at Black Swan at the beginning of August. It turned out to be a great venue. It was very comfortable for a crowd of about 50 people. Dorcas worked with us to ensure we had access to everything that we needed and there was adequate parking in the back. I strongly recommend using Black Swan as a good venue for events in downtown Lakeland.
