Amazing murder mystery experience — An Eventective User from Naperville, IL

Purdue's Residence Hall Association ran a masquerade-themed murder mystery, and a historic event hall seemed like the perfect place to do it! The staff was super helpful in getting us oriented, were kind enough to let us set up beforehand, and even let us borrow their werewolf as a decoration. I would definitely recommend Thomas Duncan Hall to anyone looking to run an event with a cool atmosphere!

Dear Jessica: Thank you for a fabulous event for our Granddaughters Baby Shower. The set up for 120 guests was perfect, the napkins were rolled into a cute rosette. The day of our event the set up was easy for us to decorate, set up a photo booth, put our desserts out while our caterer handled all of the food. Duncan Hall has round tables making for easy conversations. You can bring in food or have it catered. The staff is friendly & efficient and the PA system really works! Lots of space to serve food & seat guests & a stage for entertainment. Can provide plates, silverware, carafes. Pretty good parking & a pretty historical well preserved building! I LIKE IT!!

We celebrate our daughter’s quinceañera party at Thomas Duncan Hall, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure everything runs smooth. The place doesn’t did not need much decoration as it holds a beautifully decor and the spacious layout provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Our guests loved the place and I highly recommended the venue. Thanks Thomas Duncan Hall for making Juanita’s day so magical.

Thomas Duncan Hall is a beautiful venue for any wedding size. The venue is surprisingly quiet and located in the heart of downtown Lafayette. Duncan Hall has several different rooms to accommodate different guest lists, or you are able to rent the whole building for your wedding. The building itself has a romantic feel to it and the inside only enhances that feeling. The smallest room is perfect for those who are wanting an intimate wedding. The ballroom is huge and has historic architectural detail. The rooms are breath taking and provide a lot of history. The secret tea garden out back is the perfect place to take wedding pictures of the bride and groom. The staff is very friendly and they work with you to make sure your day is special. They are there to answer all your questions and make you feel secure in your decision. They have caters on staff, and provide linens and china at a small fee. The staff also does setup and clean up for no extra charge, so that you have nothing to worry about. Everything is sort of alacart and you can add them together to create an affordable and memorable wedding experience. There are plenty of places in the rooms for pictures with the wedding party, and vast selection of places in the area if you want more choices. If you are looking for timeless wedding experience in the the heart of Lafayette Indiana, then I recommend Thomas Duncan Hall for you and yours.
