The Overlook is a beautiful architecturally designed space with stunning 360º views. Lovingly restored and re-imagined as an affordable and unique event space perfect for corporate events, family celebrations, showers, weddings, and receptions. We operate on what is called a “blank canvas” model, meaning that while we have a list of trusted and local vendors, clients essentially are able to choose who they would like to hire for their wedding or event. (Caterers must be licensed in order to serve alcohol.) We feel that this type of model allows clients to tailor their event to their tastes and to their financial needs, and we are able to help clients curate a one-of-a-kind experience.

Great Venue! — An Eventective User
We had a big party, 18 grandkids & 30 adults. Immaculate house & pool. Fully equipped kitchen, paper products, garbage bags, pool canopies. Owners were on top of every question & text. Set up a payment plan, which helped!
