CityPlace is a first-class facility that hosts state-of–the-art technology and is available for rental as an exposition, convention, and conference center. The sophisticated design is both spacious and versatile, making CityPlace a perfect event venue for corporate retreats, business or nonprofit events, trade shows, conferences, banquets, parties and more. We are no longer doing weddings but can help with bridal showers, engagement parties and rehearsal dinners.
CityPlace is made up of a Visitor Center, The Plaza at CityPlace and two large indoor Pavilions. Both of the Pavilions and The Plaza at CityPlace are available for rental. Pavilions 1 and 2 are both perfect for expositions, trade shows, corporate training, presentations, conference events, banquets, and graduation parties. Each pavilion offers beautiful, modern amenities including high tech connectivity for audio and video presentations. The Plaza at CityPlace, a lovely park-like setting, can be utilized for many outdoor events. Beautiful venue. Ceremony and reception in same place. There was a staff member on hand at all times to help. They oversaw the transformation from ceremony to reception and it went very smoothly. Able to come back and clean up on Monday, that was great not having to do it that night. Only issue was sound quality, echoing made it difficult to hear the DJ. Oh and the large window in Pavilion 1 is beautiful ,just make sure you avoid having ceremony at sunset, some people were blinded by the sun.
