The Midtown District is a private event planning and inclusive services company. We will help you plan and execute your smallest or largest event.
We can hold private events in our 8,000 sq.ft facility, (seating up to 100 people, standing 250) We offer a unique warehouse space that can be transformed into many different looks, which is hard to find in Knoxville. We also plan and book events at your place of residence or building of your choice. From invitations to day of, let us handle your precious memories! Plus add live streaming to your event!
We are the ONLY company currently offering this in Knoxville. We also rent out the building to Photographers, videographers, and other companies. We look forward to working with you!
Deposits are non refundable, half package refund available 30 days from event date if personal event. If a corporate event there are no cancellation refunds.
Upon booking the client pays a non refundable deposit, the deposit goes towards the cost of the party. Full payment is due 30 days before the event, Covid19 Policy: We will rebook your party at a later date.

Book now until may 30th and receive $25 off per $250 spent.
We also give police, first responders, nurses, drs, and any essential workers and additional $10 off per $250 spent.
