The Pavilion and The Stables at Hunter Valley Farm are located in the beautiful city of Knoxville. The property provides you with two beautiful separate event spaces perfect for hosting any kind of event. The team at Hunter Valley Farm hope to take care of any planning for you, from flowers to food and anything else you can dream of to fit your needs. Our packages are totally customizable, as each of our clients and their events are one of a kind! The Pavilion, which is a 6,000 square-foot lakefront glass-enclosed pavilion, offers unlimited possibilities for any event. It features 4,800 square feet of heated and cooled open floor space (or all of the glass walls can open into an outdoor venue), oversized restrooms with dressing areas, and a spacious caterer’s kitchen. The Pavilion has an outdoor ceremony site, complete with garden chairs, arbor, and always green artificial grass (so those heels don't sink). The dock on the lake can accommodate also a wedding ceremony or can be used for events, such as a cocktail hour. The Stables at Hunter Valley Farm is a very unique and one-of-a-kind event facility. The renovated English stables offers three private dining rooms, a large open space for dining, dancing, and entertaining, two bar areas with three flat screen televisions, and many more amenities, including central heat and air and caterer's kitchen. Its beautiful woodland ceremony site features gorgeous landscaping, large flagstone pathways, artificial grass, and a custom natural arbor, perfect for pictures. We have held the Duncan Awards ceremony at various venues for 14 years. This year's event at Hunter Valley Farm was the apex of our hopes for what this award should be like. It was fabulous! The staff was wonderful to work with, patient, kind, and helpful. They helped us arrange the best use of the room that not only look beautiful but was totally functional. We couldn't have asked for more. The night was definitely one to remember for our recipients. They felt so special. We can't thank Hunter Valley Farm enough for their beautiful venue and amazing staff!
