The Candoro Arts & Heritage Center Grounds serve as a unique and affordable wedding venue with plenty of space for indoor or outdoor events. The venue offers 2,000 square feet of space inclusive of kitchen facilities as well as an attached carriage house that provides an additional 800 sq. ft. and is especially good for live music due to its pleasant acoustics. One acre of flat grassy lawn lined with Italian cypress trees perfect for tent setup or open air celebrations is also included in the fee.

Knoxville’s historic Candoro Marble building rents for $750, and is yours for the entire day. It is perfect for an event of 100 people or less. Generally, for a wedding or dinner, 4 hours or more are needed for setup, photos, breakdown, and clean-up.
A $100 security deposit is required to book and will be refunded once the building is inspected for cleanliness and damage after the event. This deposit is refundable if the event is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled day. Cleaning services are available for an additional $100. Chairs and tables (listed below) are available for use and included in the venue rental. Other furnishings may be brought in through the side entrance only with special care, so as not to scratch the marble floors. Once Candoro Arts & Heritage Center has received your $100 deposit and signed rental agreement at the mailing address below, your name will be added to the official calendar of Candoro Arts & Heritage Center. The Sevierville Convention Center is located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains just off Highway 66 at traffic light 17.4 in Sevierville! The Sevierville Convention Center offers two amazing exhibit halls with a combined space being more than 107,500 square feet and perfect for trade shows and so much more. Each exhibit hall can be divided to create two halls and is then separated by a Hufcor Airwall. The ballroom space in the Sevierville Convention Center totals more than 19,000 square feet and can be divided creating four exceptional event halls also separated by Hufcor Airwalls.
