Our standard room rentals include the setup of tables and chairs, high-speed Wi-Fi, black or white table linens, complimentary on-site parking, and a podium with a microphone.
The standard room rental does not cover audiovisual equipment such as projectors and screens, event decor like centerpieces and backdrops, catering services, or the SOCAN music licensing fee.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted at our venue. The only exception is for specialty celebratory cakes or cupcakes. All other catering and bar services must be arranged directly through our on-site culinary team.
Yes, we offer comprehensive wedding packages starting at $115.00 per person (plus tax and gratuity). These packages include the room rental, a menu tasting for two, table setup with linens, parking, dedicated service staff, a complimentary overnight room with sparkling wine for the newlyweds, breakfast the next morning for the couple, cocktail hour bites, a three-course dinner, cake cutting services, and late-night snacks.

The Regal Room comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests with room for display tables and food stations, while the Rideau Room is perfect for smaller gatherings and features a built-in fixed bar. There are a variety of even smaller rooms, depending on the particular needs of the group.
Yes, we offer an all-inclusive daytime package starting at $50.00 per person plus tax and gratuity. All packages include room rental and variety of catering, depending on the specific package.

Our event went smoothly from initial contact to completion. The room block was increased when needed. Organizing a dinner with Lori was done efficiently as she understood our needs and worked to accommodate them as they changed. The information for choices and costs were shared and explained.
Everything we asked for was in the room when we arrived to set up. Susie looked after our questions and was patient when some of our guests were a little slow.
The dinner was tasty , nicely presented and served in a professional fashion.
All the staff were a pleasure to deal with.
I would certainly recommend this venue to friends.

They are very accommodating with tailoring the spaces to our liking. The food service is very good as well.
