The HPCC was built to serve Dunn County. The High Plains Community Center began in 2005. Through the hard work and perseverance of the Dunn County Fair board the facility has continued to grow and thrive. We host 4-H Achievement days, weddings, funerals, safety meetings, etc. We are continuing to grow and expand and we can’t wait to see what the future brings.
