4 Hour Special Event Space Rental (Main Garden Green) Does not include Interior • Includes additional one hour set-up and one hour breakdown/ clean-up • 1/2 of rental fee due to secure the date (refundable less $250) if renter cancels six months before event date, (refundable less $500) if renter cancels 30 days before event date. Final payment due one month prior to rental date (refundable, if the date is rebooked). • A Refundable $1,000 Security Deposit is due day of the event and will be returned within 30 days less any damages or additional fees incurred. *Additional fees may be assessed if needed beyond deposit amount. • Events must start after 4:00PM and end by 10:30PM (Earlier times are considered with additional fee to cover Museum closure to the public) Luncheon Time approved for daytime events on a case by case basis.
