Deposit:
These arrangements are considered secured with your cashed deposit check or credit card, in the amount of $500. This initial deposit will go toward the final balance of your event and is non-refundable. I will create a payment link within your portal to submit the deposit online. Or if you prefer to mail a check:
Please make your deposit payable to FIRST FLIGHT. In the memo section of your check write the event date, location & event name.

Guarantee
-Final menu details must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to your function.
-Final guest count and final payment are due no later than 7 days prior to the event.
The event details and attendance number will be considered your guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. An increase to this guaranteed number can be made up to 48 hours prior to the function. All other changes to the guaranteed number within 48 hours of the function will be subject to availability.

Our event planning software TRIPLESEAT helps us stay organized and up to date with your event portal. You can use the discussions tab to view and send messages regarding your event.
Your link will always be the most recent information on your event with us. You will approve your proposal electronically through this portal, pay deposit and final payments, view menu, bar, set up, and financial details, etc.
Cake Cutting Fee
Includes storing and cutting of the cake, table, flatware, plate ware, and service for $3 per person.
Food & Beverage
A. When alcoholic beverages are served, First Flight requires that beverages be purchased and dispensed only through its employees and bartenders. First Flight reserves the right to request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age, and may at its discretion refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in the management’s sole judgment, appears intoxicated or underage.
B. No food, beverage, misc. items or rentals shall be brought into the venue by patrons or attendees from outside sources. You are responsible for the actions of any of your event attendees, including if they bring in any outside food or beverage. There will be a minimum charge of $150 for items brought in without permission from catering office.
C. First Flight reserves the right to make menu substitutions of a comparable item if contracted item is not available or deemed by establishment unusable.
D. Bar packages are not able to be extended the evening of the event. Should you wish to host the bar longer, please arrange this prior to the event. Only 1 hour of Cash bar can be added to a bar package so long as closing is prior to 11pm. Please request prior to event should you wish to include. No shots or martinis included in Open Bar Packages.
Damages
With the electronic approval of this agreement you release First Flight and any of it’s employees and/or management from being liable for any amount higher than that which has been paid for your event. You agree that any and all meditation for said event/dispute is to take place in Monroe County, Florida.
A. First Flight and any offsite premises/venue will not assume any responsibility for damages to, or loss of, any merchandise or articles left in the venue proceeding, during or following your event. All items are to be taken out of the venue at the conclusion of your event. Merchandise may be sent no earlier than three days prior to the actual event and should be clearly addressed to your catering representative and clearly indicate the event name and date. You must first notify your representative and receive a confirmation of approval prior to sending. Charges for storage may apply.
B. You will be responsible for any damages done to the facilities and/or rentals and equipment during your event,
