Calculation Policy: The rental fee is calculated based on the duration of the event, day of the week, time, and space needed with rates provided per event. Additional charges may apply for additional hours, amenities packages, or services requested beyond the standard rental package. 2. Method of Payments: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash. A deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due prior to or upon arrival at the event space. 3. Payment Due Date: The deposit is due upon booking confirmation to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the event date. 4. Discount Offer: Enjoy a 10% discount on the total rental fee if you schedule five or more consecutive hours for your event. This offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. 5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit or incur additional fees, depending on the circumstances. 6. Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit may be required to cover any potential damages to the event space or its amenities during the rental period. This deposit will be returned within 24 hours after the event, provided no damages occur. 7. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee may be applicable to ensure the event space is returned to its original condition after use. This fee will be outlined in the rental agreement and may vary based on the size and nature of the event. 8. Capacity and Usage: The maximum capacity of the event space must be adhered to at all times, and the space should be used in accordance with local regulations and guidelines. Any unauthorized use of the space may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement. 9. Additional Services: Optional services such as catering, audiovisual equipment, or event planning assistance may be available upon request for an additional fee.
