Cancellation policy: A reservation deposit, equal to 30% of your stay, as well as valid government issued photo ID, is required at the time of booking, and final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 45 days from your arrival date results in a forfeiture of the full amount of the booking. If you must cancel, the payments made are non-refundable, and you will be issued a future stay credit in the amount you have paid, valid for bookings at any property managed by Breakaway Vacations. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU OBTAIN TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR BOOKING. YOU WILL RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION FROM US ABOUT TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE Early departures will be responsible for each remaining night reserved. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars. Guarantee policy: Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you documentation to confirm your reservation. Please read carefully to ensure all information is correct. The final balance of your stay will be charged to your credit card on file 45 days prior to your day of arrival. A payment receipt will be emailed to you at that time. Arrival instructions will be sent 1 week prior to check-in. A $1000.00 preauthorization to your credit card on file will be processed for a damage deposit. All rates are based on a maximum of 28 overnight people. Additional charges of $100 per person will apply if over maximum nightly guests. Changes made to reservations will be subject to a $200 administration fee plus any applicable additional charges. Terms: Quiet time at the resort starts at 11pm and is strictly enforced with $1000 penalty for non compliance. Guests will be liable for all strata fines issued against them or their party during their stay. Strictly no early check ins or check outs. A half night charge will be assessed for late check outs. Arrangements to use additional place settings or furniture will be charged out at $25.00 per person, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any furniture that is not put back into place will be charged out at $75.00 per hour. Pets are not allowed in La Casa Mirador. Guest agreement: The Guest agrees to indemnify and save harmless La Casa and the Property Owner from all expenses, claims, losses, actions, damages or liabilities of any description which may in any way relate to or arise from the use of the Property by the Guest or the Guest’s Party.
