Terms and Conditions
Decor & Setup:
We offer in-house décor and day-of setup services through our sister company, Novella’s Events, for an additional fee.
Candles must be enclosed in glass. No open flames are permitted.
No nails, staples, or tacks may be used on walls or furniture.
Alcohol & Catering:
75th Street Events is a BYO alcohol venue. All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender.
We offer an open vendor policy; all outside caterers must be licensed and insured.
A catering prep area is available for use.
General Policies:
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
No confetti, glitter, rice, or open flame sparklers allowed.
Children must be supervised at all times.
