Prime Downtown Location! We offer a large hall plus board room for seating up to 100 people. The main hall self-serve rental includes use of tables and chairs with non-commercial kitchen. Kitchen has stove/oven, large fridge with freezer, large freezer, sliding glass doors beverage fridge - large capacity, microwave and coffee urns. Cutlery, cookware, plates, glasses are available in limited quantities - we would be happy to provide information on companies that provide dish rentals.
Facility is fully air conditioned and has an accessible elevator and washroom. There are a total of three washrooms.
The Main Hall has a large raised stage included in the event rental, and AV equipment/system is available at an additional charge.
Boardroom space available separately - great place for hosting meetings and gatherings of the smaller size. Features include large rectangle and chairs, TV/audio/visual equipment, WI-FI capabilities. Seating for 16 to 18.
Large parkade and street parking are available at no charge on Sundays/Statutory Holidays and after 6 PM Monday to Saturday. Numerous paystations available in area for "by the hour" parking 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday.

People Often Ask
1/2 day rental is one hour to twelve hour max meeting/event and all durations in between in the same day. Example Saturday 12 noon access would have departure anytime up to 11:59 PM that same Saturday.
Events needing time to set up day before has rental fee of $550.
Yes absolutely however, a liquor license is required, a designated person (to be arranged by event renter) to serve all alcohol from behind the bar with BC Serving It Right certificate and 3rd party liquor event insurance obtained through an insurance broker of your choice with us listed as an additional insured in the amount of 2 million min liability. All certificates and proof of insurance is required 14 days prior to event.
Yes, all copywrited music played in public venues in Canada requires an Entandem fee to be paid. 32.78 for music alone or 65.78 for music with dancing. This is paid in addition to your rental fee and we submit on your behalf.
Yes, large screen and projector in Main Hall along with speakers, microphones, WIFI for a $40 additional charge. Large screen TV with all connections for remote meetings and presentations in Boardroom, also an additional $40 rental fee.
