Formerly known as the Desenberg building, it was constructed in 1886 and is the last Louis Sullivan building in Michigan. Its 17-foot-tall, exposed beam ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the building's original design and embrace historic features with a modern twist, giving a chic, industrial, yet intimate feel. The main room can be adjusted to suit the size and aesthetic of all events. The space is outfitted with a glass wall projection system and professional house sound; there are endless possibilities when creating a memorable event.
