South Larkin Conference Center — An Eventective User from Joliet IL
The Holiday Inn Conference Center on South Larkin in Joliet IL is an amazing place to hold any conference or meeting. It's a beautifully kept hotel and provides you with a place to stay if you're meeting with people from out of state or it was a long trip. They have several different style of rooms including but not limited to theater style, classroom style, boardroom style, and reception style. It's perfect whether you have a huge group (1000) or a really small group (5). The room I used was a board room style, it was very clean, comfortable, and roomy. It seemed like they kept everything up to date, and the lighting was great. Yes, Holiday Inn can be a little more pricy, but it's well worth it for the quality, and not to mention the staff is friendly and helpful, and booking with them is easily done over the phone or online. The best part about The Holiday Inn's Conference Center is that it's only approximately 45 minutes from both major airports and conveniently located near several shopping centers. If you are visiting from out of state or from afar, you have everything you need right there. It has quick access to i80 which leads to most major highways (i.e i55 and 355) I would recommend this meeting center for anyone who is looking for the best service, quality, and convenience for their money. I'd also consider renting out their banquet hall for other special events! Definitely check this place out!
