Built in the 1940’s, the cottage is a charming, self-contained 730 square feet area attached to the Great Room, with its own bathroom, small kitchen and comfortable, extra seating. The room holds up to 28 people and has space for (2) 5’ round tables or (2) 8’ rectangular tables. Tables, chairs and an AV screen are included.

$250 Refundable Damage Deposit This attractive 1200 square feet area has 14’ vaulted ceilings, wall to wall carpet and lots of natural light. The space can be fitted to use up to (12) 5’ round tables or (8) 8’ rectangular tables with seating for a maximum of 90 guests; 102 guests theater style. If needed, the room can be divided to accommodate up to 40 guests. There are two AV screens, a sound and projection system, a piano, and dance floor which provide all the elements for a great party, business meeting or conference.
