I used Bistro Aix as my caterer for my wedding this past May. I was looking for amazing food at a reasonable price and I received just that. The coordinator in charge was very helpful she email me the summer menu as soon as it came out, since there menu changes with the season. It makes it a little time sensitive to have to wait till the last minute to make menu selections but I will tell you it was worth it. The food was fresh and amazing, the presentation was superb. We had Steak Frites as one of our options for our guest, I myself didn't eat it but my husband did and he had nothing but rave review, he ordered it med-rare and it was actually med-rare, not over cooked a bit. I myself had the Salmon and it was phenomenal, light yet so flavorful. The service was also exceptional they were on top of everything. Every time I turned around someone was checking on me. Oh and I must mention the dessert, the Flour-less Chocolate Espresso Torte is to die for. We were treated and served with top notch diligence and attention. The best part is that all of this didn't cost us an arm and a leg we made it out serving 45 people for around $2,500 and that was including tip. Over all the experience was exceptional and I couldn't have picked a better place to have wine and dine my guests. I would recommend Bistro Aix to anyone looking for a caterer that provides fine dinning that wont break the bank.
