options for Private or Corporate Parties i do company parties on a yearly basis for Home Depot, Safelite, Iron Horse Grill, Bravo, UMMC, JPS, nissan, service masters, and many, many more on a regular basis and the below format works particularly well. we can cater or you can bring your own catering/food. the first option is from 4-9pm or basically anytime before 9pm on friday and saturdays for the Entire Facility completely private for $975 without a cover charge. sunday through thursday i can do the rental anytime of day or evening till 2am. sunday - thursday there are no time limitations. in this option you can bring your own dj,or computer for music, or i can provide a dj plus security for $1285. also,any guests are welcome to stay after 9pm for no additional charge, i will have my own dj in place after 9pm, i just have to be able to open the doors to the public at 9pm but any of your guests are welcome to stay for our dj event at no additional cost from 9pm till 2am. also, we have a private indoor balcony area that your guests can use from 9pm till 2am as well that holds 100-125 guests. what makes this format work so well is that most of my guests do not start coming in till after 1030pm and the cliente i have that comes in blends well w/ a professional crowd. very safe and clean environment and cliente. facility holds over 900 people standing up and there is a spacious stage w/ microphones, large dance, and super sound and light production. if you give me pictures on a flashdrive i can have pictures scrolling on the giant projectors on the walls. also, i can customize the color of the lights to match your decorations. we have national concert quality sound and light production already in place.
