The park is available from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at a rate of $1,000.00 per hour with a three-hour minimum.* Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 ($500.00 to secure the date and $500.00 to guarantee caterer clean up) is required at least 14 days prior to your event. Police security at a cost of $50.00 per hour for a minimum of four hours is required. All prices are subject to 7.5% sales tax. Our basic package is available for up to 200 people and includes a dolphin show, sea lion show, and members of our staff to assist on the night of the event. If you like, we can recommend quality catering services, decorators, and musicians to assist in making your evening a memorable one. Any other catering vendors must be approved by Theater of the Sea. If alcoholic beverages are desired, you will need to purchase and make arrangements for all liquor, mixers, and cups to be delivered to Theater of the Sea. All Florida beverage laws must be observed. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the legal age of 21 or to anyone that appears intoxicated. *(Any time past contracted hours will be charged $1,500.00 per hour.) No straws, stirrers, balloons or piñatas are permitted in the park due to possible injury to animals.
